Welcome! I am Evgeny Zilberov, a Commissioner for Oaths providing affordable and accessible services to customers in Calgary, Airdrie and area. I am also an official legal translator with a professional background in law (formerly a defence lawyer).

My current commissioning fees are $20 for your first document / act commissioned and just $10 for each additional one (GST applies).

My services as a commissioner for oaths include:

• Commissioning affidavits and statutory declarations (in other words, making them legally official),
• Witnessing signatures on various official and legal documents, and
• Many other authorized certification services, including: commissioning of court applications, commercial paperwork, various application forms, dower consents, application for authorization and statutory declaration forms, land titles forms, invitation letters, travel consents, proof of loss declarations, affidavits of execution for wills, powers of attorney, personal directives; confirmation of identity, true likeness certification, bills of sale, personal loan notes, and more.

I try my best to accommodate short-notice appointment requests within regular business hours. I also offer mobile commissioner services and can assist you at your home or workplace.
